Self Care

Self Care Self care is not the easiest thing to do in times of stress.  We've compiled a simple list of things you can do which is below. 

               1.  Get plenty of rest.

               2.  Exercise.

               3.  Eat right.

               4.  Avoid alcohol and drugs.

               5. Talk to someone you trust.
